1. About NotMainstream
NotMainstream.com (“NotMainstream,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by:

NotMainstream is the event organizer and seller of record for events promoted and ticketed through the platform.
By accessing our website or purchasing tickets or passes, you agree to these Terms of Use and Ticket Purchase Terms (together, the “Terms”).

2. Tickets, Passes & Access
2.1 General Admission
A valid ticket is required for entry to all events. Entry is subject to venue capacity, safety rules, and local regulations.
Photo ID may be required at entry. The name on the ticket does not need to match the attendee’s ID. Screenshots of tickets are accepted unless otherwise stated.
Age restrictions vary by event and venue and are enforced according to local laws and venue policies.

3. Multi-Pass Terms
A Multi-Pass grants the holder a fixed number of tickets (“redemptions”) that may be used for one or multiple events.

Redemption Rules:
Multi-Pass holders must redeem tickets at notmainstream.com by selecting the Multi-Pass option during checkout.
Redemptions must be completed no later than 48 hours before the event.
Redeemed tickets will be delivered 24 hours before the event to the email address of the original purchaser.
Redeemed tickets may be used by any person holding the ticket at entry.
Multi-Passes may be used for one or multiple events, until all redemptions are exhausted.
Unused redemptions expire at the end of the applicable season.
Multi-Passes have no cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged once purchased.

4. Season Pass Terms
A Season Pass grants access to all events included in the specific season purchased (e.g., city-specific, regional, or global).

Delivery:
Season Pass holders will receive an individual ticket 7 days before each event included in the season.
Tickets are sent to the email address used at purchase.

Scope:
Each Season Pass applies only to the geographic scope and time period specified at purchase.
Events outside the defined season or region are not included.
Season Passes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable for resale purposes.

5. Transfers & Resale
Tickets and redeemed pass tickets may be given freely to another person.
Resale for profit is strictly prohibited.
Any ticket or pass resold for profit may be cancelled without refund, and entry may be denied.

6. Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. No refunds, except in the following case:
If an event is cancelled by NotMainstream for reasons within its control, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

No refunds will be issued for:
Venue cancellation
Artist cancellation
Weather events
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Force majeure events
Personal circumstances
Failure to attend
Travel issues
If an event is rescheduled, tickets and passes remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated.

7. Event Changes
Event details (lineups, venues, schedules) are subject to change. Changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds.

8. Conduct & Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to:
Deny entry
Remove attendees
Cancel tickets or passes
for unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with venue rules. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Attendance at events is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
NotMainstream is not responsible for injury, loss, theft, damage, or harm occurring at events.
We are not liable for acts or omissions of venues, artists, staff, contractors, or third parties.

10. Force Majeure
NotMainstream is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or venue closures.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or attendance at events constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
